- TBB Network Quality uses technical metrics and published methodology.
- Market price, market capitalization, exchange volume, TVL and social popularity do not affect the TBB Network Quality Score.
- Send Time and Finality are separate concepts. A Send Time value may explicitly use a finality proxy when direct transaction-acceptance evidence is unavailable.
- Evidence coverage/freshness is reported separately from the technical score.
